The Sidwell Set is a 21 day plan that helps any business to grow organically using the LMR Octagon’s 9 principals.
Chat Gpt says growing a business organically means the following:
Growing a business organically refers to expanding through internal strategies rather than external methods like mergers or large advertising spends. It focuses on:
1. **Building a Loyal Customer Base**: Creating strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
2. **Content Marketing**: Using valuable content to attract and retain customers through blogs, social media, or email.
3. **SEO**: Enhancing website visibility on search engines to draw more organic traffic.
4. **Social Media Engagement**: Growing an audience by interacting authentically on social platforms.
5. **Product/Service Improvement**: Continuously improving offerings to meet customer needs, leading to natural growth.
6. **Networking and Partnerships**: Developing relationships with other businesses and influencers for mutual support and exposure.
This approach tends to be slower but builds a solid, sustainable foundation.
The Sidwell Set by Lamar Sidwell Turns that on its head and gives you a step by step detailed plan to carry out your business growth.

//Introduction
All great companies and
individuals set a high
standard of professionalism,
ethos, and values. It sets them
apart and helps them earn the
respect of their
colleagues, clients,
competitors, and communities.
By earning respect, it
optimizes profit, provides an
advantage and fosters growth.
Earning respect will generate
positive references, repeated
business, and referrals. At the
same time, it will enhance
relationships and help build a
reputation that will attract
more clients, listings and
sales. In simple words build
customers for life.
In line with my Goal, I have
borrowed a Code Of Honour (COH)
comprising 8 principles to help
in becoming the best. It will
also help in achieving lifelong
and fulfilling
success in our business and in
our lives.
I have borrowed my “COH” from an acient
Japanese tradition called the Bushido
Principles, however I have adapted the
principles in my own way through visual
representations copywrighted to LMR
Media. It is called the LMR_Shido® In
the following pages you will learn about
the Bushido Tradition and how you can
apply it into your life
everyday.
The Bushido code of conduct,
closely tied to Samurai culture,
played an important role in the
expansion of Asian art, Japanese
values, and many important
traditions like tea ceremonies and
the art of samurai sword-making. An
unwritten code of chivalrous
behavior, Bushido later became the
basis for the teaching of ethics in
Japan, with principles that still
remain relevant today. Below, our
editors explore the history of the
Bushido, or Samurai code, along
with modern interpretations of how
the code can be applied to everyday
life.
WHAT IS BUSHIDO?
Bushido is a code of conduct that
emerged in Japan from the Samurai,
or Japanese warriors, who spread
their ideals throughout society.
They drew inspiration from
Confucianism, which is a relatively
conservative philosophy and system
of beliefs that places a great deal
of importance on loyalty and duty.
The Bushido code contains eight key
principles or virtues that warriors
were expected to uphold.

[Organization COMMAND] The
Pillars of The Bushido
The word “bushi,” a synonym for
warrior, serves as a root for the word
“Bushido.” The word Samurai roughly
translates to “those who serve,” but
has come to mean warrior. To understand
the foundation of the Bushido code, one
must examine the history of the
Samurai.
The history of the Samurai begins in
the eighth century, when armed
supporters of wealthy landowners began
to be known as Samurai. Toward the end
of the 12th century, power in Japan
shifted and the Kamakura Shogunate
military dictatorship was established.
During this time, leaders popularized
the use of Samurai and codified their
privileged status.
Following a period of unrest, when
Mongol invasion destabilized the
government leading to the end of the
Kamakura period towards the end of the
14th century, there was a long era of
peace under the Tokugawa Shogunate.
During this period of peace and
prosperity, the Samurai were no longer
required to provide military force;
instead, they were asked to lead civil
governance. Slowly, their role
transitioned from being a type of knight
to encompassing the responsibilities of a
government official.
In the Tokugawa period, the Japanese art
forms popular among the Samurai began to
flourish. These included tea ceremonies,
rock gardens, flower arranging, and a
unique Japanese painting style that was
developed during Edo period.
The ordinance of the Military Houses or
the Buke shohatto, was issued in 1615 and
the Samurai were called upon to train not
only in strength, but also in civility and
politeness. It was during this time that
the Bushido principles emerged as the code
of conduct for Japanese people at large,
influenced heavily by the Samurai as well
as Buddhism and Confucianism. The notion
of the Samurai was cemented as the epitome
of refined manhood. Overall, the Bushido
code calls for an appreciation and respect
for life, and teaches that people should
lead by example, express benevolence, and
show mercy.

“I Incresed My Staff’s Morale by 5x in 30 days”
I used the LMR_Shido octagon when my workforce was feeling
down and it was amazing that just instilling a system of
bliefs and orally presenting and discussing them with your
team made alot of difference. I loved the worksheets and how
it is clear and conciece. Tracy Spencer
Meet Tracey, A fashion designer. Tracy
loves to design garments, shoes and
bags. She enjoys sharing her unique
designs to the world and help people
look sharp and funcky. People love
Tracy’s collections, they support Tracy
and buy from here stores. Tracy is
doing very well, she goes on vacations
and spends quality time with her
family. However she has noticed that
after COVID her staff where coming into
work with no direction and de-
motivated. There were lots of errors in
stitching the garments and the
proprtions were not as she was used to.
She relized that the time away from
work during the COVID pandemic affected
the morale of her workforce. Tracy
used the LMR_Shido®, presented the
virtues to her staff and applied it
into her personal life. After 1 month
of presenting the virtues and living
upto them, Tracy’s moral and her staffs
moral soared which as a result
increased the quality of the companies
garments as well as increased the
revenue of the company by 5x.

EXPLORER
Blue Quadrant (UPPER Left brain)
The upper left quadrant is a combination of left brain logic and
upper brain intellect. People who prefer to operate in this
quadrant are what we are going to call “Analyzers”. How do you
spot one? Easy. Blue Quadrant Analyzers appear unemotional, they
are not interested in your feelings, they want facts. If you are
writing a proposal, they will want the recommendation up front,
the information to be brief and precise, and your ideas to be
supported and substantiated. No waffle. No pie in the Sky. Give
them the numbers.
They are obsessed with detail and accuracy and will study graphs
and charts as carefully as they will your words. In opening a
communication with them, forget platitudes and niceties. Be
respectful, but get to the point. They don’t want write back and
answer your questions about their health or family holiday. And
they won’t.
Yellow Quadrant (UPPER Right Brain)
The upper right quadrant is where the right brain’s imagination
meets the intellect of the upper brain’s necortex. People who
combine these thinking preferences are explorers. This quadrant is
diametrically opposed to the proceess focused organizers of the
green quadrant, and so it should be no surprise to find that
Explorers do not enjoy sttep by step explanations. Instead, they
want to see the big picture and then given a conceptual framework so
that they can explore the subject and not be limited by current
knowledge and data. They prefer imagery to facts and figures, and
like spontaneity and experimentation. The Yellow quadrant is where
the crative thinkers live.
Explorers are good at getting things started but bad at getting them
done. You’ll find them unstructured in writing, but brimming with
ideas and enthusiasm.
Green Quadrant (LOWER Left Brain)
The lower left green quadrant combines left brain logic with the
emotions of the lower brain’s limbic system. This is where
Organizers belong.
The green quadrant is all about safekeeping. Organizers are
conspicuous because of their love of systems and process. They are
innately risk averse and like to take things one step at a time.
They like to be spoon fed information.
They hate ambiguity and uncertainty. They don’t take chances. On
the upside greens always know theeir stuff. Their active emotions
mean they will respect your feelings and appreciate your efforts.
But on the down side, they can appear painfully anal retentive.
Red Quadrant (LOWER Right Brain)
The lower right red quadrant is where the right brain’s
imagination works with the lower brain’s emotions. In the
language of HBDI, they are Sensors. As the layout of the model
suggests, sensors are diametrically opposed to the blues. While
the Blues are worrying about the facts and the numbers, the Reds
are all about people and feelings. They are passionate and will
react spontaneously to whatever you write. Their correspondence
is like ping pong. They like it to go back and forth. They would
prefer face to face communication, and struggle with too much
data, and too many charts and diagrams. Written communication is
probably not their strong suit because their emotions run high
and it’s not always the best medium for them to express their
feelings. They are highly enthusiastic group but, when facts get
in the way of human issues, they soon suffer from frustration,
and this can lead to anger. Reds are always sensitive to your
feelings and want to know about your health and family.

Current Age: 57 to 75
Generation Size: 71.6 million
Baby Boomers have an average net worth of $1,066,000 and a
median net worth of $224,000.
Media Consumption: Baby boomers are the biggest consumers of
traditional media like television, radio, magazines, and newspa-
per. Despite being so traditional, 90% of baby boomers have a
Facebook account. This generation has begun to adopt more
technology in order to stay in touch with family members and
reconnect with old friends.
Banking Habits: Boomers prefer to go into a branch to perform
transactions. This generational cohort still prefers to use cash,
especially for purchases under $5.
Shaping Events: Post-WWII optimism, the cold war, and the
hippie movement.
What's next on their financial horizon: This generation is experi-
encing the highest growth in student loan debt. While this might
seem counterintuitive, it can be explained by the fact that this
generation has the most wealth and is looking to help their chil-
dren with their student debt. They have a belief that you should
take care of your children enough to set them on the right
course and don't plan on leaving any inheritance. With more
Americans outliving their retirement fund, declining pensions,
and social security in jeopardy, ensuring you can successfully
fund retirement is a major concern for Boomers.
