Event Based Data Collection
The InSight platform takes advantage
of event based data collection instead
of relying solely on time based data
logging.
Simple time based logging does not
provide context to what the plant was
doing when the data was logged.
The intelligent event based data
logging method used by the InSight
platform tells customers exactly what
their plant was doing when the data
was captured. This helps turn data into
powerful information.

InSight does not provide real-
time data. Therefore it does not
replace the customer’s operation
staff.
Customers can’t make changes
to their set points using InSight.
Those changes must be made
locally on the HMI.
