2. Statement of Purpose The Ukit MARANGAL “Creating a Model of Transforming Education: Moral and Innovative Leadership” Training Program claims that education calls for transformation to meet the evolving needs of 21st-century society.

3. Statement of Purpose There is a growing demand for a more holistic and innovative approach to education that focuses not only on academic skills but also on moral and ethical principles that prepare students to become responsible citizens and leaders in the future.

4. Statement of Purpose This activity aims to: 1. t o equip educational leaders with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to create a model of transforming education in the division; 2. t o explore essential competencies and changes needed in education that ensure the development of students’ well-grounded character, moral leadership, and ethics anchored with opportunities for service and creative ingenuity;
