There were 36 out of 227 Grades 1 to 6 pupils (15%) in Cabanbanan Elementary School who are non-readers in SY 2022-2023. Where were we before?

There were 36 out of 227 Grades 1 to 6 pupils (15%) in Cabanbanan Elementary School are non-readers in SY 2022-2023. There are already 22 instructional readers and 14 independent readers out of 36 pupils from Grades 1 to 6 (61%)instructional readers and (38.8%) for independent readers in Cabanbanan Elemetary School after August 25, 2023. Where are we now?
