Division of work- -In this principle the work is distributed and provide the only one work only to the one person on the basis of their knowledge and skills. Authority & Responsibility- -Authority refer to the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce actions, Responsibility, on the other hand ,is the obligation or duty to perform a task or fulfill a role.

Discipline- Unity of command- - The principle of management is refer that every workers in organization. They all have to respect & follow for the all rules and regulations. And all the rules and regulations are equal for all of them. -The unity of command suggests that an employee should receive commands, & instructions or duties from one boss or manager. If two or more manager or boss command a worker at the same time. Than he will get confused to whose command should it follow.

Unity of direction- Subordination of individual interest- -The principle of unity of direction said that all activities with the same objective must be directed by one boss, manager , or leader and must use one plan. -This principle said that in the organization every subordinates should not think of their individuals interest . they must think of organization interest or goal or objective & ,must work for get the organizational objective.

Remuneration to person- Centralization & Decentralization- -The overall pay and compensation should be fair to the every employees and the organization. The employee should be paid fair wages to provide them at least a reasonable standard of living. If organization is not able to pay for them. than they will leave the company. -Centralization and Decentralization are two modes of working in any organization. In centralization , there is a hierarchy of formal authority for making all the important decision for the organization. And in decentralization decision making is left for the lower level of organization.

Principle of scalar chain- Principle of Order- -The scalar chain refers to a clear line of authority within an organization where communication flows directly from the highest level of management down to the lowest , following a hierarchical structure. -The principle of order is a management principle that states that everything and everyone should have a fixed place and be in it.

Principle if Equity- Stability of tenure of person- -In the management equity is the principle that managers should treat all employees with ,kindness, and ,respect ,along with equity. -According to this principle or the management should provide the feeling of job security among the employees because with the feeling of insecurity they will not contribute their maximum in the organization.

Initiative- Esprit-De-corps- -The Initiative principle of management also suggests that managers should give their subordinates the freedom to act independently and contribution ideas to planning. -According to this principle the esprit de corps is the bonding together of members of a unit or organization in such a way as to,, sustain their unit, and the mission.
