Concept of School Management ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ School Management refers to the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities and resources of a school to achieve its educational goals effectively and efficiently. It involves coordinating both academic and administrative functions to ensure a productive learning environment . ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಅದರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಯೋಜಿಸುವ, ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ. ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಕಲಿಕಾ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
