2. 33 meters Plat 1.5 X 2 meter 33 meters: 1.5 meters= 22 plat

3. The needs detail: Iron plate around 22 plates, if possible Forklift for 24 or 25 May (Install the road) Forklift for 26 May (Install the motor)

4. How to install motor in C1 MAC room Option 1, We STNI borrow forklift and plate from AMG again. We STNI will follow rule of AMG(before construction, we will get approval from all members, Raw material, logistics, utility, safety, and so on…) Option 2 , We STNI will prepare forklift and plate ourself Option 3 , We STNI will prepare crane and support ourself Option 2 and Option 3 need time for purchasing and preparation process, we need hurry up finish install for recover plant ASAP. We need help for finding vendor by AMG team.

Option 2-1(rent fork rift and plate from vendor) Tool : Fork lift Manpower : 11 (Fork lift operator, supervisor, safety officer, support staff, technician for install motor ) Time : 8 hours (estimation) Step : 1. A rrive track and Fork lift, Tool box meetin g 2.Install plate on the road. 3.Setting the support for hanging up motor installation. 4.Bring motor from road to main air compressor room 5.Install motor(setting, connect cable and balancing) Risk : 1. It is possible stack on the small stones area 2. We need time for preparing vendor(survey, PR, PO, arrange date, etc ) Countermeasure plan : 1. We put the additional plate on the road.(maybe need 5 plate? Must confirm before work) 2. Negotiate vendor Put the plate
