03 04 EMPATHY Ability to understand and appreciate the feelings and perspectives of others by putting yourself in the place of others without becoming so emotionally connected it impacts judgment. COMPASSION Occurs when a leader sees a team member struggling or suffering either professionally or personally and takes the actions necessary to help relieve that struggling/suffering. 05 HONOR Appropriate use of humor in the work environment can also increase team members well being and performance and can encourage team members to be more creative and innovative.

06 07 CANDOR -Honesty without Ambiguity Best Antidote for a workplace eliminate anxiety and cynicism in candor.
