Tanyjah Berry 5/26/2024 The Brand Identity Of An Exclusive Artist Manager

Overview This brand identity kit aligns perfectly with my career goals in the entertainment industry. As a student aspiring to work for a prominent record label and eventually establish my own prestigious label, it is crucial for me to choose the right font families, color palettes, and logo design. By comprehending the psychology behind these choices, I now have the knowledge to craft captivating brand identities for not only my future brands but for my artists as well. Ultimately, this project not only boosts my professional abilities but also sets the stage for fruitful artist development at my future label.

Font Families 1. Header Font: Libre Baskerville "Libre Baskerville" is a serif font designed to convey trustworthiness, heritage, and prestige. It works seamlessly in both print and digital formats, especially for headlines and titles, exuding authority and maintaining readability. Its timeless yet contemporary style ensures clear and authoritative brand messaging across mediums, enhancing professionalism and reliability (Kumar, 2023). With its elegance, readability, and adaptability, this font embodies luxury, making it an ideal choice for elevating my brand's visual identity and effectively communicating its values to my audience. 2. Paragraph Font : Playfair Display "Playfair Display" is a serif font that also embodies sophistication and refinement, ideal for conveying a sense of luxury and exclusivity. With its tall x-height and elegant letterforms, "Playfair Display" offers excellent readability for longer texts, ensuring that your message comes across clearly and effectively. It features distinctive serifs and elegant letterforms that add a luxurious feel to any design, making it an excellent complement to "Libre Baskerville ( Habibian, 2018).

Logo Design My personal brand logo features my initials "T" and "B" in the elegant serif font "Libre Baskerville," exuding sophistication and elegance while ensuring instant recognizability. This design choice communicates my confidence and authority, showcasing my commitment to quality and excellence in the luxury market. Additionally, I include my full first and last name at the bottom to establish trust, further solidifying my brand's credibility and professionalism.

Psychology of colors - By selecting emerald green, gold, white, and black as my brand colors, I've shown a deep understanding of color meanings. Emerald green represents growth and vitality, while gold symbolizes prosperity and luxury. White stands for purity and simplicity, and black signifies power and timelessness. These colors combine to tell a compelling story of vitality, prosperity, purity, and sophistication. Psychology Of Fonts - I have carefully selected two fonts, Libre Baskerville and Playfair Display, which evoke different emotions and convey unique qualities. Libre Baskerville exudes a sense of trustworthiness, tradition, and authority with its elegant serifs and well-balanced letterforms. On the other hand, Playfair Display adds a touch of modern luxury and sophistication with its bold yet refined appearance. By combining these two fonts, I have achieved a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, enhancing readability and reinforcing the premium quality of my brand's identity. Selection Rationale
