Prepare a list of questions to ask your interviewer(s) that: yield more information about the role, expectations, and the organization’s culture. obtain insights about the work environment and how you would contribute to their work, rather than focus on benefits/rewards you might receive (save those for when you receive an offer).

Consider what the interviewer needs to know about you by the time the interview ends to be confident that you are the right fit for the role and organization. Ask thoughtful questions that demonstrate you were listening throughout the interview. Leave the interview knowing these three important pieces of information: how to get back in touch with your interviewer; the next step in the recruiting process; and the anticipated time frame before the next step .
POST Express thanks and politely ask for feedback if you are not selected to move forward. Not all interviewers will share a concrete assessment, but every bit helps you do better next time, or may help the organization keep you top-of-mind when new roles open

Bayush is a 14-year-old girl who helps her family by washing clothes in the neighborhood. In addition, Bayush does most of the domestic chores at home as she is the oldest and her mother needs her help around the house. She fetches water and works on the farm. One day, her mother became very sick and was bedridden. Bayush was very worried about her mother’s health. She did not have anyone she could ask for money to support her mother’s treatment. This was very stressful for Bayush . Eventually, Bayush became depressed, lost her appetite, and started to get frequent headaches. When her mother became sicker, she went to her neighbor and talked to her about it. Her neighbor helped her raise some money from others in the village and took her mother to a nearby hospital. Bayush was relieved after her mother received the treatment she needed .

Workplace Behavior and Protocol People- How you treat people says a lot about you ( names, personal space, secretes )
Communicating- It’s sometimes not what you say, but how you say it that counts Return phone calls and emails within 24 hours — even if only to say that you will provide the requested information later. Ask before putting someone on speakerphone. Emails at work should be grammatically correct and free of spelling errors. When emailing, use the subject box, and make sure it directly relates to what you are writing. Never say in an email anything you wouldn’t say to someone’s face.
Meetings The environment of a meeting requires some careful navigation to maintain your professional image, whether the meetings are one-on-one, with several colleagues, or with external clients. For a meeting in someone’s office, don’t arrive more than five minutes early, as they may be prepping for your meeting, another meeting later that day, or trying to get other work done. Don’t arrive late ever. If you are going to be late, try to let someone know so that people are not sitting around waiting for you. Don’t forget that being on time for a meeting means arriving 5 minutes early — for an interview, arrive 10 minutes early .
When a meeting runs late and you need to be somewhere else, always be prepared to explain where you need to be. Do not interrupt people. This is a bad habit to start and a tough one to end. There is a time and place for confrontation, and a meeting is almost never that place. Give people time and space outside of meetings to reflect on issues that need to be dealt with.
Workspace- You may spend more hours in workspaces than in your home space so
Dress Code- Following the right dress code policy, adhere to maintaining your professional image!
