Convenient because you Can do your survey inside or outside your home, office, computer shop or anywhere available internet. It saves money, time, and energy and provides more social interaction within and outside the classroom for learning purposes.

Confusing for students if try to stretch technology. Learners have limited IT skills. The main disadvantage is when a student is not technologically prepared to use the tools.
