2. Civil Foundation
After Selected area for Solar Power Plant Installation …Civil foundation is done as per given Specifications
and Drawings.
Civil Foundation at Site
Total No of Foundation – 1 nos. ( Main Base Foundation )
Size Foundation Block – 1000 mm * 1000 mm* 1000 mm
Foundation Template – 750 mm * 750 mm.
Vertical Member with 1025 mm* 50 mm * 20 mm thickness
Anchoring Template – 850 mm * 80 mm * 20 mm Thickness
Support Rod – 16 mm * 400 mm
3. MATERIAL Delivery at Site
Small Wind Turbine and Tower with Other Material Delivery at Site received in Good
Condition..
1 set of Small Wind Turbine with Charge Controller and 15 Mtr. Lattice Tower and
Tubular Batteries 4 nos. with all other accessories Delivered at site in Good Condition…
4. Lattice Tower Assembly at Site
After Successful Completion of Civil Foundation Block and Lattice Tower Assembly at Site..as below ..

1.Lattice Tower with 15 Mtr. height
2.3 sections of Lattice Tower
a. Base Section with 6 Mtr. height
b. Middle section with 6 mtr.

3.5 mm Thickness. And Supporting rod is
16 mm Bars.

7. Final Commissioning Work and Testing
After Successful installation of complete system the First Trial checked and Below are the
Results shown on inverter Screen
After Successful installation of System the above reading shown on Controller Screen
Generation has Started from Wind Turbine .and it will be counted inside the inverter only and can be seen
every day Generation as well as Total Cumulative generation.
7. Conclusion
Successful installation of 1 kW Wind + 2 kW Solar Hybrid System at Godrej Prana, Undri, Pune
After Successful installation of 3 kW Wind-Solar Hybrid Off Grid System and testing.
Found that The System Can Generation ~12 units to 15 units per day….and will reduce the
existing consumption from MSEB with generation Units from System.

Total Saving per Month ~Rs.140 * 30 = Rs. 4,200
Total Saving per Year ~ Rs. 4200 * 12 = Rs.50,400
Reduction of CO2 emission per 1 kWh of solar power = 1 kg of CO2
Please note that the above calculation considers only the reduction in CO2 emissions for
the electricity generated from a solar power plant vs. a coal plant and does not take into
account CO2 from other parts of the value chain.
CO2 emissions reduced from 3 kW Wind- Solar Power Plant is: ~4.3
Tons per year.
