DIFFERENT TYPES OF ASANAS

MEANING OF ASANAS Asana is a Sanskrit word meaning “posture,” “seat,” or “place.”

MEANING OF ASANAS Holding the body in a particular postures Stability to the body and mind Free from physical disabilities Free from mental disturbances

PADMASANA Lotus position or Padmasana is  a cross-legged sitting meditation pose from ancient India, in which each foot is placed on the opposite thigh.

VAJRASANA Performing Vajrasana helps our digestive system in many ways. It obstructs blood flow to our legs .

Bhujangasana Bhujangasana   may help to tone the abdomen and strengthen the spine and most importantly, it also helps to improve blood circulation , helps our digestive system in many ways. It obstructs blood flow to our legs.

Dhanusrasana Dhanurasana or bow pose - helps to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles . blood circulation, managing diabetes, digestive ailments and chest ailments, etc.
