In school projects, especially in Project and Design , project management plays a vital role in helping students organize tasks, distribute responsibilities, and manage time effectively. From a student’s perspective, project management is more than just finishing the project—it is about teamwork, accountability, and learning how to work like professionals. By assigning clear roles such as Project Manager, Purchaser, Canvasser, Treasurer, Auditor, Designer, Researcher, and Presenter , students experience the value of organization, fairness, and collaboration. OBJECTIVE

Responsible for buying the needed materials for the project. Coordinates with the Treasurer to ensure the budget is followed. Keeps receipts as proof of expenses. Purchaser
Looks for possible suppliers and compares prices. Ensures that the group gets the best value for money. Works closely with the Purchaser before buying materials. Canvasser
Handles the project funds and collects contributions from members. Keeps a record of financial transactions. Ensures transparency in all money-related matters. Treasurer
Double-checks the Treasurer’s records and expenses. Verifies receipts and ensures funds are used properly. Helps promote honesty and accountability in the group. Auditor
Designer – focuses on aesthetics, layouts, and visuals. Researcher – gathers data and information needed. Documenter – writes reports, compiles outputs, and prepares the final paper. Presenter – delivers the final output in class presentations. Other Roles (optional depending on the project)
