Organising is a process by which the manager brings order out of chaos , removes conflict among people over work or responsibility sharing and creates an environment suitable for teamwork . The organising function must be performed properly To complete tasks and successfully meet goals For Survival and growth of an enterprise To equips organisation to meet various challenges To pave the ways for a smooth transition of the enterprise in dynamic environment
Benefits of Specialization Organising leads to a systematic allocation of jobs amongst the work force. Specific workers perform a specific job on a regular basis.
