Answer these Questions:

- Construction Equipments are divided into 4 groups, Name them :

A. Earthmoving equipments
B. Construction vehicles
C. Material handling equipments
D. Construction equipments

- For these Equipments, write the name of the group that they belong to :

1. Cranes (material handling equipments)
2. Bulldozers (Earthmoving equipments)
3. Dumpers (Construction Vehicles)
4. Concrete mixers (Construction Equipments)
5. Stone crushers (Construction Equipments)
6. Excavators (Earthmoving equipments)
7. Hoists (material handling equipments)
8. Trenchers (earthmoving equipments)
9. Tippers (construction vehicles)
10. Road rollers (construction equipments)

- Find the interloper :

1. Loaders, skid steer loaders, crawler loader, Bulldozer (Bulldozer)
2. Grader, Scraper, Trencher, Road roller (Road roller)
3. Dumper, crane, conveyor, forklifts (Dumper)
4. Concrete mixer, compactor, paver, trailers (Trailers)
5. Stone crusher, heavy duty pumps, backhoe, tunnelling equipments (Backhoes)

- Write the main function for these equipments :

1. Excavators: Digging of trenches, holes, foundations
2. Loaders: to load material into or onto another type of machinery.
3. Graders: used to create a flat surface.
4. Bulldozers: used to push large quantities of soil, sand, rubble, or other such material
5. Trenchers: digging trenches for pipes,
6. Dumper: carrying bulk material, often on building sites
7. Cranes: used for lifting heavy things and transporting them to other places
8. Conveyors: moves materials from one location to another.

9. Compactor: to reduce the size of waste material or soil through compaction.
10. Paver: to lay asphalt on roadways.
11. Road rollers: used to compact soil, gravel, concrete, or asphalt in the construction of
roads and foundations,
12. Stone crusher: to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, gravel, or rock dust.
