Themes of geography: These themes were defined in 1984 by the national council for geographic education. The five themes of geography are: Location Place Human environment and interaction Movement region
We can remember by this;

Absolute location : Horizontal and vertical lines on earth Relative location : Relative location is a description of how a people is related to other place. We use references in relative location.
2.place A place is a space that is different from other place. Ex: physical characteristics
3.Human environment and interaction How the people live in that environment how do they interact with that ? For example: People of coastal area may build Seawalls To protect against erosion.
4.Movement How do people, goods and ideas move from one place to another? For example: migration of people from one country to another or transportation of goods by ships.
5.Region Region is an area of land has common features. It can be small and very large. Importance of five themes of geography: The five themes of geography is important because They help us understand and analyze world around us.
