These are found in: Sugar is in sweets, pastries and cakes Starches in corn, rice, potatoes, pasta and bread Fats and oil are found in butter nuts and seeds.
FOODS Body building foods These are foods rich in Protein Build and repair body tissues keep the blood red Make bones, teeth and nails hard and strong .
These are found in: Lean meat such as chicken, fish, seafoods , lamb, pork and beef Other veggies like tofu, mongo, lentils Milk and cheese are also included.
Body regulating foods These are foods rich in Vitamins and Minerals These foods keep us from any illness or sickness Maintains the resistance of the body Helps in the digestion and removal of waste to keep our body fit and strong FOODS

EATING DISORDERS
What is Eating Disorder? An obsession with food and weight that may harms a person’s well-being. People with eating disorders go to extreme to keep from gaining weight.
Main Eating Disorders
ANOREXIA Being obsessed with being thin. They don’t want to eat, and are afraid of gaining weight.
BULIMIA Eating a lot of food at once and then throwing up or using laxatives to remove the food from the body. They also use diet pills to control their weight.
Causes of Eating Disorder Unnatural concern about the body weight Obsession with calories, fat grams and food Use of any medicines to keep from gaining weight (diet pills)
