8. HIERARCHY OF FILES Files are organized in folders in a hierarchical system Family School CAT Pictures Personal My files Movies This structure makes it easier to locate what files you are looking for in the least amount of time

9. Renaming files You can right click on a file and rename it according to however you want it to be and this makes it easier for you to locate the file But remember no symbols on the file name, no space and keep it short Make sure when you’re renaming your file do not remove the file extension ( amv , mp3, docx ) the file will not work if you remove the file extension
