EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS Enables the person to apply technical skills to a variety of jobs These are the basic/generic skills which helps us to do various jobs & tasks

They help you to perform better in the workplace Can be used in any future job Help to achieve organizational as well as personal goals Help us to develop our skills what our employers want

IMPORTANT EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Communication Skills : contribute to productive and harmonious relations between employees and customers The ability to explain what you mean in a clear and concise way through written & spoken means , to listen and relate to other people and to act upon key information / instructions.
