Introduction Digital Infrastructure is the ability to store and interchange data for centralized system. The responsibility of banks has increased a lot after these digital inventions to withstand in the competitive market. This study will further help the bank to know its strength and limitations in the view point of its customers.
SBI YONO Cash YONO (You Only Need One) is an integrated digital banking platform offered by State Bank of India (SBI) to enable its customers to access a variety of financial and other services such as booking of flight, train, bus and taxi , online purchasing, or payment of medical bills.
Statement of the problem Technology has plenty of advantages but still it’s lacking with its own limitations. This study identifies some of the problems faced by the customers while utilizing the digital aspects of SBI.
Objectives of the study To ascertain the benefits derived from digitalization of SBI. To find out some of the problems faced by customers in utilizing digital banking features. To provide possible suggestions to improve the bank’s digital infrastructure.
Hypothesis of the study There is no relationship between the Age of the respondents and the times of availing the online banking facility by the customers. There is no relationship between the Education of the respondents and the Action taken by bank against online hacking or stealing of information. There is no relationship between the Income of the respondents and Opinion of customers on usage of mobile app.
Research Methodology Research Design: Descriptive research design is adopted in this study. Sample size : The sample size selected in the study is 50. Convenient sampling method is adopted in this study. Data collection: Both primary and secondary data are used for collection of data in the study. Framework and analysis: Percentage analysis and chi-square test have been used in this study. Chi-square test has been adopted based on the formulated hypothesis.

Findings of the study Most of the respondents felt convenient with Laptop or computer instead of smart phone for banking their transactions. Majority of the customers are utilizing the online facility for 2 to 5 times per month. Majority of 100% of the respondents are using net or smart phones for the purpose of payment of bills and for checking their statement of account. All the customers are fully satisfied for the fast transfer of funds. Most of the customers are satisfied for payment of bills and taxes on time, payment through mobile apps. Majority of them is of the opinion that rarely net banking has less security system. Majority of them is of the opinion that rarely the banks take immediate action in case of online malpractices.
Suggestions of the study The bank has to implement special chat bots to solve the query of the internet users. Further the bank has to take immediate action to avoid online malpractices .
Conclusion Digitalization of banking sector is inevitable due to its anywhere and anytime banking operations and banking even in the odd hours. Hence technology has given a tremendous advantage of digitalization that helps to the core of banking services. If banks continue to maintain its standards by providing continuous efficient services in digitalized infrastructure then it can able to satisfy its customers ultimately and delight them to the full extent.
