Vector’s 3 step Process for Engagement - derisking the client’s decision 14 The fees are split into fixed and variable components Fixed fee payable monthly, Variable fee will be linked to: Discussion of contract for implementation 3 Decrease in inventory Improvement in Availability Increase in sales/profits Is preceded by a 3 weeks study Present the detailed drill down from the main objective to the changes and new SOPs in all departments and levels of organization Attended by senior managers Only if all Managers agree, we move to step 3 3-4 days Solution and Implementation Consensus session 2 Vector conducts a brief study of 2 days Present the high level solution elements , key changes and their impact on lead times of delivery, inventory, sales and profit Attended by few key decision makers of the company. We go to the next step only if top mgmt. agrees with the direction. 2 hours Solution session 1 Vector engages only when the prospect is convinced of the validity of the solution, the potential benefits and is aware of the changes (No surprises later!). Implementation oriented approach 15 Vector will build the Strategic and Tactic tree (Detailed blueprint) for translating the highest objective to the changes across functions and organization levels i.e. develop the SOPs at all levels . Implementation oriented approach 16 Implement each block of the SnT with close handholding. All people in the department are taken through the logic of the solution and SOPs are developed in detail. The HOD leads the implementation in his department. When the new processes and management are established, move to the next block of the SnT.
