AUTOMATIC SOURCE  CHANGEOVER WITH  CURRENT LIMITTER-ACCL  
 
A  fully  automatic  high  precision  system  for  efficient  distribution  of  individually  rationed  generator  power  in 
multistoried  apartments,  commercial  complex  etc.  An  Advantageous  and  cost  effective  alternative  to  conventional 
manual  changeovers.
  
 
WORKING:     
The  Auto  Changeover  Cum  Current  Limiter  Device  (CLD) 
allows  unrestricted  (metered)  supply  from  mains.  On 
receiving  generator  power,  it  connects  the  line  (generally  un 
metered)  to  each  flat/shop  in  a  sequence  and  starts 
monitoring  its  load.  The  generator  current  allotment-as 
factory set and sealed in each CLD per buyer's specification is 
available  on  all  load  circuits.  Whenever  the  load  current 
exceeds  limit  continuously  for  more  than  7-8,  the  CLD 
disrupts  the  supply  for  10-30  secs  as  a  warning  and  then 
automatically restores it. This repeats till overload exists. On 
resumption of mains, it again automatically changeover.
 
 
CONSTRUCTION:  
The automatic device panel shall be totally enclosed, metallic, 
rugged  dust  proof  sleek  enclosure  coated  with  best  Quality 
Powder Coated paint is applied  to ensure smooth and lasting  finish against corrosive and humid atmosphere.

SUPREME  -Automatic  Source  Changeover  With  Current  L imiter-
SACCL  device  is  microcontroller  based  especially  designed  for automatically 
switching the load from mains supply to Generator Supply and so on.  
 
In Mains Supply mode-it allows unrestricted supply to the load. 
 
In Generator Supply mode – Its electronic circuit will continuously monitor the 
load/current.  As the current value exceeds the preset value for more than 7-8 
sec.  (T1)  ,  Current  Limiting  Device  will  trip  the  power  supply  for  pre 
determined  time  10-15  sec.(T2)  &   then  it  will   switch  ON  the  power  supply 
again  &  start   Monitoring  the  load  current  again  &  the  whole  process  will 
restart.

A Power  cable  used  is  of  glass  wool  fire  resistant  wire.  Glass  wool  wire  is  used  considering  ever  changing 
weather conditions from severe Hot to sever Cold & so on for  years.
