SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT
1.4 These Bye-laws may be called the Afaton Bye-Laws - 2018 of Central Board of
Secondary Education.
12 These shall be effective from the date of nlfiton by the Central Board of

24.14 COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE
‘The Board shall require the school to submit commencement certificate
in the preserioed manner and format to the effect that the schoo! nas
compled with al the conditions imposed in the grant letter and the
prévisions contained in clause 2.4 and sub-clause thereto and shall star
class VI or IX or XI on confirmation of afflaton. The format of
‘commencement certificate is given at Appendix-Vil.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR FOREIGN SCHOOLS

25.1 No Objection Certificats (NOC)

within the legal and administrative framework ofthe respective county
by an entity permited Lo establish and run school in that county, The
NOG shall clearly mention that the schoo! fulls al the conditions
required for establishing and opening a school including. land

Special category of innovative schools may also be considered for grant of
