Discuss how the field activity impacted you (Individually) This fie ld activity was a reminder of the importance of educating and empowering our young people on the social aspects that affects our society on a daily basis. As it was highlighted that as young professionals we elaborate a lot on the importance of obtaining the basic subject areas and we forsake the important key details of helping an Individual to survive the critical stages of one's life (Keisha Harrinandan). I am optimistic about the activity, hence i feel the desire to continue to help adolescents in this area (Danille McBean). I am please to say that this program has impacted me positively. (Simonica Cooper )

The project added to my knowledge and practice, in terms of h elping to guide and teach adolescent girls positive life topics and skill(s)to be better rounded. I've also learned from them.( Nicole Holder ) This six (6) weeks exercise had has given me a great fulfillment of my. purpose. It allowed me the opportunity to learn new ways of dealing and adjusting to the behavioral patterns of adolescence. It rewarded me the feeling of completion as my team members and I were dedicated to teaching skills to our young female participants.( Shanese Hall ) Discuss how the field activity impacted you (Individually)

General Analysis The project had its goals and objectives and the mere purpose was to achieve one and all. Challenges were present however this was dealt with in a professional manner. In examining the issue at hand education, empowerment and impartation was needed. We provided therapy, education and empowerment for the girls in collaboration with the Ministry of health adolescent unit, Georgetown hospital child psychology / psychiatry department and child link. We also equipped ourselves with knowledge to aid in assistance to the girls. While we faced many challenges with one being able to gain permission to carry out our activities at a school, this did not happen. However access was granted to carry our activities at another location;a church.Overall the support was excellent and participation good.
