CONCLUSION Altered signal intensity involving marrow of entire left humerus, showing diffusion restriction and mild post-contrast enhancement with m ultiple areas cortical erosions and linear periosteal reaction. STIR /T2 hyperintense, T1 isointense heterogenously enhancing lesion showing restricted diffusion in left lateral chest wall , trapezius and posterior aspect of the midpart of arm.   -Features are likely suggestive of aggressive malignant neoplastic etiology like, Ewing’s sarcoma family vs other round cell tumor. HPE and IHC correlation is advised for further evaluation.
