Created by Dr Nun Amen Ra, the Amen Ra Diet is a lifestyle regimen with a primary purpose of extending the human lifespan. It has been rigorously researched and tested, both in the lab (animals and humans) and in the real world by a large community of enthusiasts.
Fasting:
The fasting protocol is similar to that of an Intermittent Fasting regimen. It's a daily 23 hour fast, with a 1 hour feasting period.
Caloric restriction:
The regimen prescribes a process of caloric restriction whereby the individual will gradually reduce the caloric intake over time (months to years) to induce a 'starved' state, wherein the body develops efficiencies that cause longevity.
Physical exercise:
