During my 19 years professional experience in Automotive industry & I worked in various Production &
Product lines , Assy Process , Quality related activities , PPC, HRM , Materials & New Product
development.
I also have knowledge in Air filters manufacturing too.
I have handled various times ISO 9000 & TS 16949, ISO 14001 quality system procedures and their
implementation.
Having expertise in Both Injection Moulded Assy. Products & Blow Moulded Assy products.
Handled New Product Development activities by using tools like APQP, FMEA, CFT , PPAP.
Enriched with Vendor Development activities for Bought out parts such as plating parts , rubber parts , seals
etc . In my past exposures I have also developed plastic parts, sheet metal parts, rubber parts, turned parts,
water pump, wiper system, wiper arm & blade, cab locks, auto electrical switches, lights.

Roki Minda Co. Pvt Ltd is a Joint Venture Company of MINDA collaborated with Japanese company
Roki Co. Ltd Japan, the company is in operations of Air filters, canister parts for Honda 2W+ 4W ,
Yamaha ,Suzuki , etc.
Roki Minda Co. Pvt Ltd Vithalapur plant is currently manufacturer of air filters for Honda & in future
will start business for Suzuki Gujarat Plant .
RESPONSIBILITIES AT ROKI MINDA :----
Due to my Good management activities & also earlier Plant set up exposure @ Malur (Bangalore plant) ,I
have been given additional responsibilities for Roki Minda 3rd plant set up activities.
