The fine blanking division of the company mainly caters to the automobiles industry - mainly
two wheelers and four wheeler segments. In the fine blanking division the company
manufactures components such as door latches,gate assembly for gear transmission, seat
recliners, gear shift selector, gears, cam plate assemblies, rotor segment for aircrafts,
sprockets etc. The division is planning to increase exposure to Electricals sector. The After
market division within the fine blanking is growing well (sales up 138% YoY in Q2FY16 to
Rs.5.97 cr). In Nov 2013, IFB entered the after market business of two wheeler motorcycle
chains and sprocket kits under the brand “Ultramiles”.

The key clients of the company in this business segments includes companies like Maruti
Suzuki, Fiat India, Ford India, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, TVS Motors, Honda Motorcycles,
Yamaha Motorcycles, Hero Motocorp Ltd., Royal Enfield, Scooters India, Lucas TVS,
Brakes India, Rane TWR, Bosch Chasis, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., SKF etc.

Incorporated in 1986, IFB Agro has a presence in two business segments: alcohol and marine
