ORIGEN EMBRIONARIO Origen dual ¸ La dermis se desarrolla del dermatoma y mesodermo lateral Ninguna estructura deriva del endodermo la epidermis se desarrolla a partir del ectodermo superficial
EPIDERMIS En el segundo mes el epitelio se divide y en su superficie se deposita células aplanadas formando el Peridermo o epitriquio .Se cae al líquido amniótico cuando todas las capas se formaron Al inicio el embrión esta cubierto por una sola capa de células ectodérmicas Durante los 3 primeros meses las células de las crestas neurales invaden la epidermis para sintetizar melanina en melanomas Al final del cuarto mes la epidermis puede identificarse en 4 capas y esta es su disposición definitiva
