9. Ancaman di bidang politik dapat berasal dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Ancaman dari luar dilakukan oleh suatu negara dengan melakukan tekanan politik terhadap Indonesia, berupa intimidasi , provokasi , dan blokade politik . Ancaman yang berdimensi politik yang berasal dari dalam negeri dapat berupa pengerahan massa untuk menumbangkan suatu pemerintahan atau menggalang kekuatan politik untuk melemahkan pemerintah. Jika suatu negara tidak diimbangi dengan dasar negara yang kuat akan berdampak pada penjajahan ekonomi . Penjajahan ekonomi disuatu negara terjadi akibat penerapan pasar bebas . Pasar bebas disatu pihak akan membuka peluang besar produk dalam negeri ke pasar internasional secara kompetitif , sebaliknya juga membuka peluang masuknya barang-barang global ke pasar domestik . 11. Ancaman yang berdimensi sosial budaya dapat dibedakan atas ancaman dari dalam dan ancaman dari luar . Ancaman dari dalam didorong oleh isu-isu kemiskinan , kebodohan , keterbelakangan , dan ketidakadilan . Isu tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan seperti separatisme , terorisme , kekerasan dan bencana akibat perbuatan manusia . Ancaman dari luar timbul sebagai akibat dari pengaruh negatif globalisasi seperti : Gaya hidup konsumtif , sifat hedonisme , sikap individualisme , gejala westernisasi , memudarnya semangat gotong royong, dan lunturnya nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan masyarakat .
