5. The Application Environment Every meeting room has a projector or LCD screen that is used for computer-based presentations and media playback: PowerPoint presentations Internet search and display Video streaming Some have a codec for video conferencing. Most use a laptop to run Skype.

6. The Challenges Users fumble with video interface cables; VGA, HDMI, Mini Display Port, etc. Switching between users takes time and effort. Internet and streaming tie up a laptop. Skype is less than optimum as users crowd around the laptop. Audio is always a problem.
