Animation for kids and beginners

Animation for kids. This would be a good presentation for explaining the kids what is animation. This would be applicable kids under the age of 12. Gaining knowledge while young is very important.

2. What is Animation? ANIMATION Animation is a rapid display of a sequence of images of 2-D or 3-D artwork. Animation means giving life to any object in computer graphics. It has power to inject emotions and power to inanimate objects.

3. 2-D Animation: 1. Vector based. 2. Refers to animation that is created using two-dimensional drawing. Software used: Opentoonz . Tween Craft. Anime Studio. Adobe Flash.

4. 3-D Animation: Made by generating images using computer graphics that creates a series of images that forms animation. Characters are digitally modelled on screen then fitted with a “skeleton”. Software used: Unreal Engine. Unity 3-D. Autodesk-Maya.

5. What is two dimensional figures? Two-dimensional shapes, also known as 2D shapes, are  simple figures which have height and width but no depth . They are made with straight sides and corners or curved lines. We can count the number of sides and corners to determine the type of 2D shapes that you see. Eg : square, rectangle etc..,.

6. 3-Dimensional Figures   Having the three dimensions of length, width, and height.   A dimension that adds the effect of solidity to a two-dimensional system. Eg : cube, spheres, cones etc..,.

7. After the completion of this course you will be able to create animations like this.
