Adam Smith (1723 - 1790) Siya ay pilosopong galing sa Scotland na unang tinawag bilang political economist. Nakilala ang kanyang mga akdang The Theory of Moral Sentiments (1759) at THe Wealth of Nations (1776)/
John Maynard Keynes (1883- 1946) Siya ang tinaguriang “Ama ng Macroeconomics”; ekonomistang British na nagsaliksik upang maipaliwanag ang sanhi at solusyon sa depresyong pang-ekonomikal na naranasan ng mundo noong 1930. Milton Friedman (1912- 2006) Isa siyang Amerikanong ekonomista at estadistiko na pinarangalan ng Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences noong 1976.
Karl Marx (1818- 1883) Siya ay isang pilosopo at sosyolohistang Aleman na may mahalagang kontribusiyon din sa ekonomiks dahil sa kaniyang pagpapahalaga sa uring manggagawa. Ang kanyang akdang Das Kapital ay nagsasaad ng kaniyang hindi pagkagusto sa kapitalismo at pagkiling sa paglawak ng simulaing komunismo
David Hume (1711- 1776) Tulad ni Smith, isa ri siyang pilosopo at ekonomistang Scottish, Tinutujan niya ang kahalagahan ng panlabas na pakikipagkalakalan na maaaring maging tulay sa pag-unlad ng ekonomiya. Ang kanyang teiryang Hume’s fork ay ginagamit sa pag-aaral ng ethics o etika.
Thomas Robert Malthus (1766-1834) Siya ay isang demograpo at Politikal economist na naging kontrobersiyal dahil sa kaniyang mga nabuong pagpapalagay tungkol sa pagsusuri ng epekto ng mabilis na paglaki ng populasyon. Ang pag-aaral na ito ay nakilala bilang Malthusian growth model.

Punctuation rules It is used to separate paragraphs. Remember that a paragraph is the explanation of a secondary idea. Remember to use it when you have finished that sentence. You can join several sentences with commas (shorter pause in reading) or conjunctions (and, nor, but, since, although, or, or,...) that serve to join words or groups of words.
