5. Overview APM Telecoms is current working on TOA MS in coastal and Souther zone APM Telecoms support Minara on the Capital and infra projects throughout. Through the sister company APM Power the company engages on the Tower strethening projects inside and outside Tanzania. APM Power is a supplier of Generators and power related equipment's to other stake holders in Tanzania , not limited to Telecoms companies, Banks etc. Since the year 2022 to date the company had embarked on key changes on company culture , Investments and improved process and procedures which resulted on overall improved quality deliveries to its clients in all areas of its operations .

Strong and resilience Liquidity coming from Various business and projects. Bank facility to the tune of 1.4Bn Tzs /Ecobank Clean audits for the last three years. As a measure of  APM capability , the company was able to run the MS operation on very challenging  conditions with negative margins . Insurances and approved  banks facilities to ensure that project and Operation is guaranteed.

HSE Approach •APM Telecom Company Ltd is ISO certified ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 9001:2015 APM have process and procedure to ensure compliance of Health, safety and Environment in its operations APM Comply with local and international standards aiming at continuously improvement Road safety Working at Height Driver:- Only trained with valid working at height certificates Valid driving license Medically fit DD &4X4 Training Only qualified and compitent climbers Pre ignation checklist Alt least 2 people required to perform task Fit to drive the vehicle/Medical fit Inspection of Climbing equipment before use. Fasten seatbelt. Issued with appropriate PPEs Maximum speed 100km/hrs Electrical Work. Vehicle:- Only trained and qualified on an electrical Fit for purpose Medically fit 4Wheel Drive Registered with EWURA Tracking system. Issued with Appropriate PPEs, eg Electrical gloves Load bin to be covered No lone working Trip Pre work Assessments JMP for 150Km one way. Take regular breaks or rest 15minutes after every 2hrs of driving. HSE Approach Cont.. •  Sites, suppliers, and subcontractors audit are done to validate compliance with policies and procedures •  Suppliers selection and management processes in place incase if need of out sourcing is required Accident/Incident & Near Miss. For the past of 5years, APM we had two fatal incidents in one accident (Vehicle accidents). More emphasis on positive safety culture on reporting near miss and hazards, Waste Management.      All waste generated(Engine Oils & Filters) are kept on drums and bowser before final disposal. Weekly report shared for monitoring. Training •      General inductions, •      Refresher training on key training ie 4X4 &DD, First aid training •      Monthly awareness session with Client. •      Conducting awareness session during site inspection In our Daily Operations-Controls •       Pre work Assessments •       Toolbox talk-Spefic for alignment for daily task. •       Approval for working at height.
