GEOCENTRIC APPROACH Aims to adopt best proctice HR system from anywhere in the world. An approach that reflects the geographic strategy and structure of a multinational organization with more managers in the poal from which draw talent.
Regional approach Similar to geocentric approach but with restricted focus. Approach that reflects the geographical strategy and structure of a multinational organisation, more managers I'm the pool from which to draw tallent.
Conclusion Here we can conclude that IHRM makes provisions for the following:- Enhancement of job opportunities. Economic growth. Improves working relationship between other international countries in terms of trade etc. Skills transfer allow for development of host country employees. For effective and efficient results in IHRM compliance to all IHRM process is emphasized.
