The Placement-Assured Program Eligibility: Citizen of India Age group: 19-26 years Min 10th passed. Rigorous training ensures candidate readiness for employment. Simultaneously, the candidate will be supported with creation of their passport. Confirmed employment opportunities are provided to successful candidates. Placement: Evaluation and document support: Training: This innovative program is designed to bridge the gap between skill development and employment. It guarantees candidates a job after completing their training, significantly reducing unemployment in the region. Candidates undergo specialized skill development training for a duration of 60-80 hours

Cultural Immersion Program: Foreign language training to help candidates develop basic communication skills, enabling smoother adaptation to the language requirements of the host country during their employment. Confirmed employment opportunities are provided to successful candidates. Pre Departure Orientation Training: Foreign Language Training Candidates are offered an in-depth orientation on the cultural norms, values, and societal expectations of the destination country to ensure effective adaptation and integration. Post Placement Tracking: Candidate acclimatization to the job profile and their retention is tracked for a period of 6 months.
