TITLE : DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF COMPRESSOR BLADE
DESCRIPTION: Compressor stall and choked flow condition is the two main parameters that affecting the
compressors performance. These two parameters can also damage the aircraft and engine. In this project these two
parameters are optimized by the means of high temperature and alloy materials.

TITLE : Improvement of Die Life in Hot Forging.
PROJECT AT: Bill Forge Pvt Ltd (Plant IV), Coimbatore.
DESCRIPTION: Forging tool (Die) life will be improved by MIG welding process rather than die
resinking operations. After welding the expected tool life will be increased by 200% with improved
quality of the Yoke Forgings.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
 Have attended one day Workshop on advanced Automotive Engines and Technology at Government
engineering college Salem.
 Have attended an in plant training at Southern Railway, golden rock, Tiruchirappalli.
 Have attended an in plant training at Tamilnadu Asbestos, Alangulam, and Sivakasi.
