In the current health care delivery system is very important to improve quality of health care. Practical attachment refers to a period of hands-on training or work experience. Know based on colleges practical attachment program we have assigned at wolkite university hospital to apply theoretical knowledge in to practical skill at major courses like:- hematology I & II,immunohematology , bacteriology I&II , Virology,mycology,serology ,and histopathology from april 12-june 12 ,2024.

To improve smooth communication with staff and our instructor and our customer (our patients ). to get great experience, skills and knowledge; and also to get new idea by sharing knowledge with staff member. 24. CONCLUSION 5/29/2024 @wolkite site 24 We obtained good practical skill; knowledge ;& atitude almost all courses in the 2 st 2-weeks. Generally we have almost good achievements in all courses And we will continue the remaining week activity such as We work to gain better knowledge by discussing in groups, Preparing discussion topics for each weeks. Asking of questions our instructor & laboratory staffs .

25. RECOMMENDATIONS 5/29/2024 @wolkite site 25 First we would like to recommend HHSC should provide adequate gloves & PPE. Secondly we would like to recommend the WUSH should provide supplies and reagents to avoid service interruption and The hospital Should perform Differential Counts , Culture and , ELISA . Thirdly we would like to recommend the WUSH should provide adequate and clean patient toilets .
