FIRST POINTS TEST Federal Skilled Workers Points Test The selection factors are as follows (max points of 100): Education English (IELTS General) or French Skills (TEF) Work Experience Age Arranged employment in Canada Adaptability The current pass mark is 67 points.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. The main applicant has to be 18 years old and above 2. The main applicant needs to have at least 1 year of continuous, paid, full-time work experience in the last 10 years in a skilled occupation, “NOC 0, A or B”, or the equivalent part-time experience 3. The main must score at least 6.0 in all 4 components for the IELTS General Training Exam (or the equivalent in French TEF test) 4. The main applicant must have at least a high-school diploma 5. The main applicant and dependents need to pass the medical clearance and police clearance (18 years old +); and have the settlement funds 6. The main applicant must pass the FSWP Points Test. The current passing point is at 67 points.
