3. Complete process of Raw Material at Entry to Store

4. RO Plant The raw water supplied from G.I.D.C. is having about 350 TDS, equivalent to potable water grade. This water is passed through the Fast Pass Reverse Osmosis System having filter membranes. This filtered water is used in the manufacturing process having the specification of Less than 100 TDS. The inlet and outlet water quality is daily monitored. Sand Filter:-It remove out the maximum sand particle from the liquid. Carbon Filter:-It filter out all the sand from the water and also changes the taste. Cartilage Filter:-It is use to remove the small sand particle left over in liquid. Membrane pipe:-It is used to remove the salt and pollutants. UV Filter:- It is a type of filter used to kill the bacteria contained in the water. Membrane Pipe is clean by citric Acid and Sodium bicarbonate is injected and heated at and circulated around the RO plant After all the stages the processed water is stored in the storage tank.

7. Reactor Reactor is a device which is used to mix chemical in a confine space. It is made up of material like MOC Metal.   Types of Reactor   1. Stainless Steel reactor 2. Glass Line reactor 3. Mild Steel reactor

8. Instrument used in the reactor 1. Pressure gauge :-The Pressure gauge is use to measure pressure inside the reactor. 2. Safety Valve :-It release the excess steam from the boiler and reactor. 3. Rupture Disk :-It is the weakest part of reactor which remove larger amount of steam than the safety valve. 4. Vessel Lamp :-It is use to observe the material moving in the reactor. 5. Measuring meter :- Measure flow of liquid 6. Nitrogen flow meter :- It add nitrogen in reactor for blanketing to reduce oxygen in reactor. 7. Vent line :- Always maintain pressure inside reactor

9. Parts of reactor Stirrer :-Use to Mix chemical in confined space. Man hole :- It is used excess reactor by human for cleaning and inspection purpose. Gear Box :- It is used to reduce RPM of motor. Baffles :- Are all the corner of reactor to mix the chemical properly. Thermo well :- Dip pipe with Temperature measurement. Nitrogen Meter :-It is connected to nitrogen pipe to decrease oxygen level.

12. Condenser It used to receive high pressure gas and convert it into liquid by compressing. Part of Condenser Primary Condenser :- It is passed through out by cooling water. 13. Pipe Colour Coding It is very difficult to identify a pipe out hundred pipe in industry that's why color coding is used to identify the material passing through the pipe. Indian standard covers the color scheme for the identification of the contents of pipelines(IS 2379). There are three band for colour coding of pipe:- 1. Ground color cover entire pipe. 2. First color band the total length of band is 50mm long. 3. Second color band the total length of band is 6 mm long.

14. Safety Protocol in Industries Always Wear Safety Shoe, Helmet , Goggles Clothing of employee should be formal and it should cover their hand and leg Be aware of your surrounding Follow all the sign board in the plant Inform nearest Employee in case of any danger.

15. Conclusion After completing the internship program, we are able to know various unit operations how they work. This Internship teach us how engineers, operator and helper work with cooperate to improve efficiency while working. During a week of training, I have face many phrases of company and gained handsome amount of practical knowledge . Internship is best homework for an engineering students can sharpen his analytical as well as practical skills. I would like to conclude that my summer internship at RP Industries, Panoli gave me the amount of Practical knowledge which would be helpful to me to connect me while I am completing my diploma Program.
