3. Definition of Report Text Report is a text which presents information about something. It is as a result of systematic observation and analysis. Report text adalah text yang berfungsi untuk Memberikan sebuah informasi tentang suatu Peristiwa/situasi,setelah diadakannya investigasi dan analisa.

4. Social Function / Purpose of Report Tex t To give / to present / to describe / to inform information about natural and non natural phenomenon generally. (animal,person,thing,and place). Memberikan/menjelaskan informasi tentang fenomena alamiah atau non alamiah secara umum.

Komodo dragon are reptiles. They are very big,people call them giant lizards. They have cold blood and lay eggs. Komodo Dragon can’t run,but they can climb a tree. 12. Kangaroo Kangaroo is Australian animal. This belong to mammals that have pouch,so they called marsupials animals. Kangaroo is a nocturnal animal like wallabies,koala,and bats. Kangaroo likes to eat fruits and tree. Kangaroo has a small head size,but has pretty long ears. It can hear from long distance to help them out from the predators. A female kangaroo has a pocket in front its body to keep their babies. It has strong legs,it make them jump easily and quickly. They can leap so fast,it c an reach 70 km / hours . They can live up to 9-18 years in the wild.
