Base Mine Lake Pockmark Analysis and Bathymetry Presentation

Pockmark analysis presentation for public reference, created by Sabrina Ashik (Undergraduate Research Assistant) from the University of British Columbia. Base Mine Lake is a pit lake in the Athabasca Oil Sands Region (AOSR) in northern Alberta, Canada. Ebullition, or bubbling, releases methane to the atmosphere, and comes from holes in the lakebed, called pockmarks.
