2. moral Moral are the standard norms or principles of right or wrong. They are basically principles which help to guide our behaviour & accept behaviour of others.

3. value Values are a set of principles or standards of behaviour that are regarded as desirable, important & held in high esteem of society. They are based on moral norms & standards. Value is the important or usefulness of something.

4. ethics Ethics is a manifestation of moral & values in the form of decisions. It is an applied moral science. Ethics is concerned with what is good & right for society .

5. Human values are the values of human beings, for the human beings and by the human beings. Basic human value refers to those values which are at the core of human being. The values which are considered basic inherent values in humans include truth, honesty, loyalty, love, peace, etc. because they bring out the fundamental goodness of human beings and society at large. According to Stephen p. Robbins, “ a specific mode of conduct or end state of existence is personally or socially preferable to an opposite or converse mode of conduct or end state of existence.” MORAL + VALUES + ETHICS = HUMAN VALUES

6. Human values are nothing but the thoughts and values of human beings. They play a vital role in the life cycle of a human being. Human values helps us to grow and succeed in our life. Simply human values can be regarded as a decision-making quality of a person. Every decision is made in an organization or a company based on human values. Importance of human values

7. Human values play a vital role in an individual, relationship, organization as wall as in society. It includes honesty, love, peace, loyalty, etc. these are the qualities that are important for human in all stages. Human values always reflect your thoughts. One must take all the possible efforts to maintain his or her human values.

8. One’s attitude decides the quality of the person. Learning human values makes a person understands the attitudes and behaviors of the other person. It helps you to gain some motivation to manage your work and make progress in a right way. Human values help to tell our perception of the world around us. By learning human values you can know which is right and which is wrong.

Being a loyal person is also considered the best human value. Helping is also considered an important human value. Helping a person at the right time is very important. Only if you have self-respect others will respect you.

10. Possessing the clarity of what you want is your biggest value which helps you to build a strong foundation. If you follow all the human values then you will gain self-respect. Human values helps to find what do you want in your life. Human values help in decision making in important times. Human values help a person to enjoy his life in a better way.

11. Features of human values These are extremely practical, and valuation requires techniques and an understanding of the strategic context. These can provide standards of competence and morality. These can go beyond specific situations or persons. Personal values can be influenced by culture, tradition, and a combination of internal and external factors.

12. These are relatively permanent. These are more central to the core of a person. Most of our core values are learned early in life from family, friends, neighborhood school, the mass print, visual media, and other sources within society. Values are loaded with effective thoughts about ideas, objects, behavior, etc. They contain a judgmental element in that they carry an individual’s ideas as to what is right, good, or desirable. Values can differ from culture to culture and even from person to person.

13. Values play a significant role in the integration and fulfillment of man’s basic impulses and desire stably and consistently appropriate for his living. They are generic experiences in social action made up of both individual and social responses and attitudes. They build up societies and integrate social relations. They influence people’s behavior and serve as criteria for evaluating the actions of others. They have a great role to play in the conduct of social life. They help in creating norms to guide day-to-day behavior.
