Health related fitness Cardio- respiratory endurance is the ability of the circulatory system to supply oxygen to the muscles that are working during an exercise ( Ncele , 2022). Flexibility the range of movements at various joints. Body Composition The percentage of the body fat as compared to the lean body mass ( Ncele , 2022). Muscular strength the amount of force that can be produced when a single muscle contracts. Muscular Endurance the ability of the muscles to continue moving over a long time.
Skill related fitness Coordination the ability to integrate hand and foot movements or eye and hand movement ( Mthethwa , 2023). Agility the ability of the body to change direction quickly. Balance the ability to maintain upright posture while moving. Speed the ability to move quickly from point A to point B on a straight line. Power the ability to do strength work at a high pace. Reaction time the amount of time it takes to get moving ( Mthethwa , 2023).
