Belle View Pump Station Rehabilitation Project Overview: Evaluation of existing flows used to determine a projected 30-year flow. Evaluation and replacement of existing sewer pumping equipment, valves, and other appurtenances based on the new 30-year flow projection. A ddition of an emergency bypass piping system. Rehabilitation and replacement of the existing façade, to include a new roofing system. Upgrade and replacement of existing electrical and HVAC equipment. Plantings that included new, as well as replacement, trees and shrubs. I nstallation of a new odor control system. Description: The Belle View Pump Station Rehabilitation Project provided upgrades to an existing sanitary sewer pump station that was put into service in 1981. R ehabilitation ensures that the pump station will be operational for the next 30 years. Completion date was June 3, 2016.
