SCHOOL DISCIPLINE For a school system to function properly, the conduct of pupils must conform to conditions that are conducive to learning. As such, a student of BES is expected to comply with the rules & regulations prescribed by the school. Likewise, compliance with school rules & regulations is not the sole responsibility of the student but also of his/her parents.

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE Every student is expected to pay attention and participate in class. Talking, standing or leaving one’s seat during classes is not allowed unless permitted by the teacher. Yelling, shouting, rough conduct or any misbehavior will not be tolerated and shall be dealt accordingly. Each student should respect the property of other students.

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE Classrooms and other school facilities are to be used for academic purposes only.

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE No visitors shall be allowed inside the campus during school hours except for valid reasons. They shall be required to sign the Visitor’s Logbook. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to stay in the school campus during class hours except for the school activities that require the parents’/guardians’ participation. Parents/ Guardians should confer with teachers during their free time.

FLAG CEREMONY All students are expected to be inside the school premises before the flag ceremony.

SCHOOL CLEANLINESS Classrooms should be orderly, clean and presentable at all times. Each student should help the school facilities clean and must respect and care for the school property. “Sira Mo, Palitan Mo” Monthly Clean Up is every last Friday of the month.

SCHOOL UNIFORM No school uniform prescribed but observed proper and decent dress inside the campus. All pupils are advised to wear their School ID’s within the campus at all times.

ATTENDANCE Regularity of attendance and punctuality are required in all classes. A student who is absent should inform the adviser by sending letters or having conference with the adviser. If the learner is sick, he/she is excuse to not attend the class, just inform the class adviser. Habitual tardiness especially during the first period in the morning and in the afternoon is not allowed.

SCHOOL DISMISSAL During dismissal, parents are not allowed to get inside the school premises. Parents will fetch their kids at the exit gate.

RECESS AND LUNCH Parents are allowed to get inside the school premises to bring food for recess and lunch. Let the student eat on their own.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES The school follows the guidelines provided by the Department of Education on the suspension of classes during typhoons and other calamities. However, this policy may be amended accordingly depending on DepED issuances regarding suspension of classes.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES As per DO 37, S. 2022, THERE IS SUSPENSION OF WORK AND CLASSES WHENEVER A TCWS HAS BEEN RAISED BY PAG-ASA (Regardless of the signal). The said DO was officially published in DepEd Website.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES Parents’/Guardians’ discretion is needed when no typhoon signal is raised but the weather condition may endanger the lives and safety of the students.

DATA PRIVACY Advisers shall keep a database of contact details including contact number and address of parents/ guardians of the students in their class advisory, subject to compliance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act.
