The TROIKA Group is an organization dedicated to the promotion and application of a consciousness hacking tool described as Remote Viewing. The group is presently comprised of two consultants with 18 years of cumulative experience in developing and harnessing Remote Viewing for use in real-world problem-solving situations. Our interests range from visual and graphic design to music, audio production, construction, writing, theoretical physics, research, and digital strategy.

We connect humanity to the birth right of their intuition. We do this by presenting them with a process that is rigorous, repeatable and methodical, endowing them with a transformative experience of an altered state of consciousness. This experience tends to gift people with what is poetically described as a Sartori moment.

As a bridge to these altered states, we emphasize through our education, the importance of rationality, skepticism and encourage a healthy relationship to self-doubt. Non-local perception has been
unendingly studied and validated in
laboratory and operational environments,
especially by the intelligence community
in both the U.S.A. and the former Soviet
Union. It continues to have its detractors,
sceptics and charlatans who continue to
deprive the field of any valid form of inquiry
separate from dogma.
As the technology landscape continues

There are seismic shifts occurring in the distribution and cost-efficiency of neurotech devices, which will democratize access to the
precise measurement of altered states of consciousness. This trend is very much akin to the personal computer revolution that occurred in the
1980s. We hypothesize that with the commodification and consumerization of neurotech, measuring your state of consciousness is going to be
as effortless as wearing a Fitbit to receive regular data on your health. These neurotech devices will alter our documentation and experience

A BRIEF GUIDE

9. ORIGINS
Remote Viewing (RV) is a trained discipline in the
newly-emerging field of applied consciousness tools.
Based on the concept that our minds are immersed
in a field of information – much as a computer is
surrounded by WiFi signals – so too are we able to link
into this information field, downloading data through
wilful, directed attention management skills.

Originally developed at Stanford Research Institute on
behalf of the U.S. Government as a spy tool, RV has
grown in scope into a general and practical information
collection technique. Over several decades, Stanford
physicists and consultants meticulously tested a number
of so-called natural psychics in a series of experiments
performed in a lab-controlled environment. Initial tests
proved positive beyond anyone’s expectations.

10. HISTORY
As test subjects displayed no physiological or psychological abnormalities, an
initiative was launched to examine and reverse-engineer the moment-by-moment
mental processes of a consistently accurate psychic and to turn these observations
into a teachable, step-by-step methodology.
Refined over several years primarily by test subject and project consultant Ingo
Swann, alongside physicist Hal Puthoff, this methodology came to be known as
Controlled Remote Viewing, or CRV, and has been employed by dozens of US
military, law enforcement, and scientific agencies against a variety of real-world
problem-sets.
With much intrigue surrounding rumours of the U.S. Government’s use of
“psi spies” during the Cold War, the Remote Viewing program was officially
acknowledged and partially declassified in 1995. In ensuing years, RV techniques
have continued to evolve based on decades of practical application beyond its
original scope as a spy tool.

11. The C.I.A. declassified the United States
remote viewing program in 1995, after
the primary researchers and original team
members had moved into the private sector.
The program existed as an intelligence
gathering tool for over 20 years, and much
of the targeting material remains classified to
this day.
The program was utilized to carry out
long-distance remote viewing tasks for
C.I.A. designated targets of interest, such as
coordinates of a USSR research centre.
In this example, the military viewer produced
a near identical match to the gantry known
to be located at the targeted site, along
with several hours of tape transcript and a
notebook full of drawings.

13. The following two Remote Viewing session examples were produced
by TROIKA consultants while working under blind operating
conditions. This means that the viewers had no knowledge of their
targets before completing the work.

This is an example of a Remote Viewing
calibration target. Viewers are required to
periodically complete evaluation sessions to
gauge their accuracy level, and ensure it has
not fallen below the operational threshold.
In this session, the viewer was tasked with a
photograph of a dragonfly.
As shown here, the viewer accurately produced
a diagrammatic representation of the dragon
fly resting on a stem. Its membrane was also
described as flat, black and transparent. A
natural beauty that was placed on the twig,
potentially by the photographer.

This session demonstrates the accuracy of
Remote Viewing to effectively locate a missing
object. In this case, an expensive key for a
highly-secure home went missing on a holiday.
The Remote Viewer decided to target the most
recognizable feature that would be closest to
the key’s location and sketched a gear stick
uncannily.
The key was eventually found exactly where the
Remote Viewer sketched it to be, in a rented
car. The key’s exact location was below the gear
stick’s compartment.
