The IUCN(International Union of Conservation of Nature) an organization dedicated to Conserving to conserving Erath’s natural resources, evaluated 63939 animals, 22326 plants, and 48 fungi and protists species totaling to 86313 all over the Earth and came out a red lists of 24431 threatened species after evaluation. The breakdown of endangered species is based on the IUCN 2009 data. Currently , there are more than 150,300 species on The IUCN Red List, with more than 42,100 species threatened with extinction, including 41% of amphibians, 37% of sharks and rays, 36% of reef building corals, 34% of conifers, 27% of mammals and 13% of birds.
