2. Introduction Babu Sunder Singh Institute of Technology was established in the year 2010 to provide high quality technical and professional education to the masses. The institute is located at NH-24 B, Raebarely Road, Nigohan , Lucknow. It is precisely 35 km away from the heart of the city Hazratganj . BSSITM is approved by AICTE, ministry of HRD, New Delhi and affiliated to APJAKTU (formerly UPTU) , Lucknow. The institute has excellent infrastructure which facilitates the imparting of quality education. We aim to provide our students with used international exposure so that are more open to new ideas and aware of latest technologies.

3. Our Inspiration Babu Sunder Singh Ji was a renowned Lawyer & Politician. He was a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly and the member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council up to 1996. He was philanthropic and dedicated his entire career to the service of mankind. He understood the value of education and coaxed everybody to receive proper education. Babu Sunder Singh Ji facilitated many deserving children for pursuing higher studies. Babu Sunder Singh ji established a vocational training school and a charitable hospital in his district to serve the people.

5. CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE…. It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you with open arms to BSSITM. I grew up watching my father very closely & was very influenced by him. His strong emphasis on education led me to complete my engineering from The State Mining University, Moscow with a B.Tech & M.Tech Degree in Mechanical engineering and an MBA from Russian Academy of Economics. Spending a major part of my life in Russia, I finally settled down in Moscow after having established many manufacturing units and factories related to the pharmaceuticals. I still felt an emptiness, something was a miss… I wanted to do something for my country & specially my state. It finally came, BABU SUNDER SINGH FOUNDATION - An educational society in the name of my beloved father, founded by like minded people and funded by NRI’s. Through the institute I aim to provide quality education as per international standards without making any compromises in terms of faculty, labs, infrastructures or facilities. I am sure all those who become a part of the BSSITM family will enrich their lives as we strongly believe in wisdom, innovation and excellence & yes it is the reputation which one builds and that is what actually matters..

The Institute has a spacious Library with modern infrastructure which can accommodate more than 300 students at a time Library has more than 20000 volumes of texts and reference books The Library is also subscribing to a quite number of National and International Journals
